#24 Documentation cannot use sphinx autodoc extension

Trying to make documentation raises some warnings about not using autodoc extension because DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE is not set.

File conf.py seems to lack some paths/settings for Django to be recognized correctly. Fix in attached file. Or if preferred, at my fork.
